This redesign of the original travel book “Eat Surf Live” was modelled after retro surf magazines and features original illustrations by Katharina Maria Zimmerman and George Liebergsell. Evoking the nostalgia of surf-filled summers alongside a taste of Cornwall adventure.

The cover photograph, taken by Beth Smith, was captured at Cornwall’s very own Porthcurno Beach. Inverting the image on the back cover we see the Cornish Flag echoed in our surfer, a proud symbol of Cornwall’s community.

After all, this travel book is not only a guide to Cornwall’s beautiful places, but an opportunity to immerse ourselves in Cornish culture.
